1.) Once the course has started, no cancellations will be allowed and no refunds will be issued.
2.) Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
3.) All fees must be paid in advance before the commencement of any course or service.
4.) Seats booked for offline/online courses, workshops, and seminars are non-refundable and non-transferable.
5.) If a student is unable to attend a scheduled batch, they must inform the administration at least 48 hours in advance.
6.) Rescheduling is allowed only once, within the validity period of the course.
7.) Fees paid under any special discount, promotional offer, or seasonal deal are non-refundable.
8.) Participants who fail to attend live sessions without prior notice will not be eligible for any refund or rescheduling.
9.) Refunds will be processed only if The Safe Trader Academy is unable to deliver the promised course/service (e.g., course cancellation from our side).
10.) Missed classes will be shared as recordings upon request, subject to availability.
11.) The academy reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any class due to unforeseen circumstances.
12.) Practical sessions and live market training are subject to market hours and availability.
13.) The Safe Trader Academy is not liable for any financial losses incurred through trading or investing based on our training or suggestions.
14.) Lifetime support is provided only through designated channels and only for students who have opened a DEMAT account with us and are actively trading.
15.) All trading involves financial risk. Students must consult with a licensed financial advisor before making any investment decisions.
16.) All content shared on our platforms is strictly for educational use and should not be treated as investment advice.
17.) We are not SEBI-registered investment advisors or analysts. Nothing shared should be considered a recommendation to buy/sell any security.
